Contains stack-agnostic Java conventions (java-conventions — records, sealed types, Optional, streams), build-tooling (Maven/Gradle wrapper, BOM dependency management), and jvm-testing (JUnit 5, Mockito, AssertJ, Testcontainers). No agent, no stack profile — pure shared library. Referenced by java-plugin and spring-boot-plugin.
